Our GearTech's are trained to the highest standards of available technical knowledge and practice. We consistently seek self and professional improvement. We work with the industry professionals to ensure we are abreast of the current techniques and procedures, while maintaining knowledge of the past. We also stay within our scopes of practice, and communicate with transparency if something falls outside. Bottom line, If we don't know, we will find out and get the solution.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Our aim is to leave you with a smile- even if its just on the inside. Relationships built on a foundation of mutual trust is of the utmost importance. If you're not completely satisfied, we will make it right.
What Geographical Areas do you service?
Based on the Beautiful Bay of Quinte, we are positioned optimally to service the Quinte area and surrounding region. We are able to provide service from Cobourg to Amherstview, Prince Edward County, to Madoc.
Where can you set up your MobiShop?
Generally, anywhere a Light Duty Truck and 14' Trailer can go. That said, being "on the go" with our MobiShop comes with a couple of considerations. So with that in mind, we ask our clients to keep in mind the following in preparation for our arrival, so we can devote our attention to you and your gear:
1. If you're coming to us at our PopUp location for the day- no sweat. Just show up at the booked time, keep calm and we'll carry on;
2. If we're coming to you at your location, the Gear Fix... Go MobiShop with Truck needs enough space around and above to park, turn and otherwise manoeuvre. So when booking a service to your location, remember:
i. Relatively Even/Level surfaces, free of any overhead obstacles 3m and lower are best. We cannot go into covered parking areas
ii. Our final parking position will occupy an area about 10m long and 2.5m wide if on a street, less if we can back into your driveway (which is better so long as its in line with the above point). This allows enough room to be out of the way on a road, and to allow our GearTechs and you to move safely about the shop.
iii. We find that side streets and residential areas with enough room to move around are best options. Older/Narrower streets and Cul-De-Sacs may be a challenge for us. That said, We will ALWAYS find a solution!
iv. Bending the laws of physics is pretty cool... breaking the law (or By-Laws) is not. WE NEED TO BE ALLOWED TO BE THERE! If in doubt, please confirm prior to our booking that there is permission to be parked there.

Where do you perform my services?
We are flexible. To be responsive to the surrounding communities, we establish pre-announced PopUp locations, as well as take bookings to work at your residence, place of business or other location. Our MobiShop is a self sufficient and contained unit capable of performing all the services you've come to expect from a "Brick and Mortar" shop. On the odd occasion, we may require to bring your gear off-site and return with it at a later date. This could be due to a service requiring more involved resources, or parts not normally stocked which may have to be ordered. We will still maintain our aims in being responsive and timely.
How long does a service take?
Based entirely on the level of service package you choose, our time on task ranges from approximately 1-3 hours. You are more than welcome to attend (you may even get some pointers!), or be back at a later time. However, all gear must be received by you or someone of legal age you have authorised to take receipt. Any service required in excess of a prescribed time, your GearTech will advise you of the time required and additional cost. On the odd occasion, we may require to bring your gear off-site and return with it at a later date. This could be due to a service requiring more involved resources, or parts not normally stocked which may have to be ordered. We will still maintain our aims in being responsive and timely.
Do you have insurance for my Gear while you work on it?
Absolutely.
How do I pay?
Payment may be made by Debit, or Credit, for ease of client experience. Payment in full is required on completion of services. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, your booking may be subject to a minimum credit card pre-authorization charge prior to performance of services. For security reasons, we do not handle cash on premises
What is your Booking & Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel a booking, we require that you provide at minimum 72 hours notice in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any booking cancelled outside the 72 hour notice period could forfeit the pre-authorized credit card amount taken at the time of booking, or may be invoiced up to the full amount of the services booked. Any booking cancelled within the 72 hour notice period will forfeit the pre-authorized credit card amount taken at the time of booking, and will be invoiced up to the full amount of the services booked.
